To hide the table of contents on a page, use the following anywhere on the page:

Force the table of contents

To force the table of contents on pages with less than three sections, use the following to make it appear in the default position, or see the following section:

__FORCETOC__

Move the table of contents

To move the table of contents, use the following in the preferred position:

__TOC__
